Privacy.
Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you and do the work.
Who we are
Orange Juice is a trade name of Adam Film Co, based in Miami, Florida. Questions about your information go to adam@orangejuice.film.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email, phone, company, project details, and any links to your footage. Our site host also counts visits, like pages viewed and the country they came from, so we can see what’s working. Those counts don’t use cookies and don’t identify you. This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, quote your project, schedule and deliver the work, and send invoices. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to mailing lists without asking.
Your footage
Media you send is used only for your project. How long we keep it is set in your project agreement. Finished work may appear in our portfolio unless your agreement says otherwise. We sign NDAs on request.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the studio: our website host (Framer), which receives contact form messages and passes them to our email (Google Workspace); Adobe Fonts, which supplies the site’s typefaces; Vimeo, which plays our videos (on desktop it loads when you press play, on phones as you scroll to a video); and our file transfer, review, and invoicing tools. Trusted partners see your project only when you’ve hired us for work they’re part of.
Visitors in the EU and UK
We use your information because you asked us to reply or to do work for you, or because we need it to run the studio, like keeping invoices. Some of the services above are based in the United States, so your information may be handled there. You can ask to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or object to how we use it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you at adam@orangejuice.film. We’ll respond within a few business days.
